Former Union Minister & G20 Sherpa For India Suresh Prabhu urge Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman , Minister of Textile Smriti Zubin Irani and Minister of Commerce & industry Piyush Goyal to address issue of pending RoDTEP rate in Textile sector.

 In a letter dated 10.03.2021 to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman , Minister of Textile Smriti Zubin Irani  and Minister of Commerce & Industry  Piyush Goyal , Prabhu said the request of Shri Anant Srivatava and Vikas Singh Chauhan ,office bearers of HOME TEXTILE EXPORTER’S WELFARE ASSOCIATION (HEWA) is self-explanatory and explain the difficulty being faced by the Indian textile exporter due to non-delectation of RoDTEP rates launched post stoppage of RoSCTL Scheme which may result in Indian Exporter losing the opportunity to capture the rising demand of their product in International market including Europe and USA in post covid 19. And further requested to kindly look into the matter.
